Breaks the mold! July 20, 2010 JBender Interesting tips from one of the world's best hold 'em players. This book breaks some of the myths from what you see on tv poker.
More Hold'em Wisdom for all Players March 4, 2010 brownie327 (Cincinnati, Ohio USA) An easy read that gives you insite into lowball poker. Having read other items by Daniel Negreanu some of what is covered I had read before. But there some things that were new to me.
All in all it was well worth the money and the time.
not for beginners December 2, 2009 susands I like Daniel's personality on the TV games, so bought this book before any others. Obviously the wrong book for a beginner. Texas Hold'em for Dummies was far more applicable for a beginner and I learned a lot from that book. Daniel's book will have to sit on my book shelf for a while.
Easy read, excellent advice October 25, 2009 William T. Leogrande (Westchester, NY) This book is an easy read and something every advanced beginner/intermediate Poker player should read. It's always nice to get some insight from one of the best Poker Players of his generation. This book is enjoyable and light hearted, it's a fun read and highly recommended.
That being said, if you are looking for some really deep book on poker and are looking for some really in depth analysis then this is not the book for you.
hold'em October 17, 2009 Juston Wickham I am a huge Negreanu fan and this book is just as good as the first one. I highly recommend it!
